In this course, I’ll be covering the fundamental concepts that are essential to drawing from life. We will start by drawing a sphere to cover the basic concepts we need to know in order to draw an object realistically.
I will also be sharing some tools that you will need to begin drawing, as well as how to optimally use them to be more effective. I’ll share a detailed explanation of how I use my tools to get the best out of them, according to the situation.
Finally, we will repeat the exercise with a pear with the goal of gaining more tools and having a strong sense of the basics. We will start by blocking in the drawing and explaining to you the various methods to do so and how in every stage there’s important things to take into consideration in order to arrive at the final stages with a solid structure and accurate value representation.
This course is designed for whoever wants to introduce themselves into the drawing or painting world. If you are constantly frustrated from not getting the accuracy of the object, or if you are using your tools without knowing what they are best for and constantly arriving at the final stages realizing you have structural problems or your values are off, this course is for you.
